We have extensive experience in lower and upper limb rehabilitation of: muscle & tendon injuries; joint injuries, or post-surgery.

Hamstring, Quadriceps or Calf strains (Grade I-III)
Knee: ACL/PCL/MCL/LCL or meniscus tears
Shoulder: Torn Rotator Cuff Tendons;
Ankle: ATFL; CFL or Deltoid ligament sprain
Foot: Lisfranc injury; fractured meta-tarsals

We work closely with you in developing a rehabilitation plan that includes managing the acute phase of your injury or surgery, right through to your return to training and competition.

You are provided with a detailed rehabilitation program for your injury management.
A key element of our rehabilitation philosophy is to ensure you achieve all your clinic and sports gym criteria as well as all the on-field return to sport milestones, for example: maximum velocity running; agility; repeat sprint ability, and sport specific movement qualities
